Who processes your data

IZK Agency is a project run by its three founders, not yet registered as a company: there is therefore no company number to publish here. This page will be completed once a legal structure exists.

What this site collects

The contact form asks for a name, an email address, the nature of the request and a message. This information is used for one thing only: replying to you.

The site creates no account, runs no newsletter, and uses no audience-measurement tool (no Google Analytics or equivalent) and no advertising.

Where this data goes, and for how long

A message sent through the form travels by email, via the Resend service (see "Processors" below), to the agency's mailbox. It is not stored in any database on this site.

The IP address of whoever sends the form is kept for a few minutes in the server's memory, solely to detect requests sent too close together (anti-spam). It is never written to disk and disappears automatically after that short window.

Cookies and trackers

This site sets no audience-measurement, advertising or tracking cookie. No consent banner is shown, since there is nothing to consent to.

The demo pages (fictional sites shown as examples of work) use the browser's memory (sessionStorage) to simulate a shopping cart. That data stays on the device, disappears when the tab closes, and is never sent to a server.

If an audience-measurement tool were ever added, this page would be updated and a consent banner added before it goes live.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data you have sent us, or object to its processing. Write to us at the address below, we reply personally.

Processors

Resend delivers the emails sent from the contact form: it is the only third party your data is passed to, and only for that purpose.
